Product Description
Application scope:
Ordinary concrete, pumped concrete, self compacting concrete, especially suitable for high-strength performance concrete.
Product Features:
1. High slump resistance, with almost no loss of concrete slump and expansion within three hours. The initial and final setting time of concrete can be extended by 5-12 hours according to construction requirements.
2. Low dosage. Compared with naphthalene based and other high-efficiency water reducing agents, it has more economic advantages in achieving the same water reduction rate.
3. Wide adaptability to cement. It has good dispersibility and plasticity for various types of cement and admixtures.
4. The product has stable performance, adapts to tropical and cold climates, and can be stored for a long time without layering or crystallization.
5. This product is alkali free, non-toxic, non corrosive, free of formaldehyde and aromatic residues, safe and environmentally friendly.
Usage and precautions:
1. The commonly used dosage is 0.3% -0.6%. The optimal dosage should be determined through testing based on the characteristics of the project and materials.
2. This product has good compatibility with other polycarboxylate mother liquors, but cannot be used in combination with naphthalene based water reducing agents.
3. When there is a significant change in the type of cement or sand and gravel material, a compatibility test should be conducted.

Packaging and storage:
1. It can be transported in 1000KG ton drums or tank trucks, and can also be specially packaged according to user requirements.
2. This product is non-toxic and non flammable, and can be transported as a conventional chemical.
3. The storage process should be leak proof, sun proof, heat-resistant, and pollution proof.
4. This product has a shelf life of one year and can only be used after passing the expiration inspection.
